Being a successful farmer requires a wide variety of skills beyond knowing how to grow things. From building and fixing stuff to all aspects of being an entrepreneur. Some pics from AgSchool showing the students building a compost area and learning how to measure temperature, to the AgPro folks who are starting to do real commerce and realizing that money doesn't just go out in farming, it comes in too!

"GoFarmers" and CTAHR station crew at Waimanalo taking advantage of the station's wood chipper to make mulch material. Due to Little Fire Ant infestations found elsewhere, everyone is very careful not to bring outside plant material onto the farm. Luckily there is no shortage of the stuff on the farm itself!
